Hi Friends!

We have some exciting news to share! We are going to change things up a bit, in a good way, of course. Starting this month (October), we are going to be alternating between live events and zooms.

If you are in Dallas, TX (or nearby areas) or in Norwalk, CT (or nearby areas), you are invited to celebrate the full moon with us in PERSON every other month. October 20th will be the first in person full moon event! Stay tuned for more info on each local event(I will post the events shortly).

Did you know Aromatherapy (involving therapeutic essential oils) is a wonderful tool for creating emotional homeostasis and peace in the body?
Simply put - we can do effective, efficient and powerful emotional clearing work with the assistance of essential oils.

Science has shown us how the sense of smell stimulates our emotions FIRST and our rational brain SECOND. This is the only sense that hits the emotions first: sight, sound, touch and taste all pass through the rational brain first.

When we inhale our oils - like Envision, grounding,awaken- the tiny molecules travel up the nostrils to the olfactory bulb.
The olfactory bulb transmits impulses to other parts of the brain, including the amygdala, the hypothalamus and other parts of the limbic system.
Because the limbic system is directly connected to those parts of the brain that control heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, memory, stress levels, and hormone balance, just smelling our essential oils can have profound physiological and psychological effects. (Go research more on this!).

The aroma of essential oils can facilitate the release of stored emotions, both in the subconscious and in various body systems!
