Let's Get Real Huron County

Let's Get Real Huron County The official kick-off date for A.L.E.R.T. was January 1, 2019. We also have information for parents and loved ones of those struggling with addiction.

We are a support, information, and referral RECOVERY COMMUNITY CENTER assisting FAMILIES and LOVED ONES in their JOURNEY from ADDICTION to RECOVERY within Huron County, OH. Located in Norwalk, OH and servicing Huron County, LGRHC was first introduced in 2018 by originally bringing one of their programs here first, naming it A.L.E.R.T. After a successful and well-received implementation of that program, it was determined that the services of Let’s Get Real Inc needed to be fully introduced to the area. Let’s Get Real Huron County’s office opened in July 2020 and is currently housed in the MHAS building at 2 Oak St in Norwalk. (Find us downstairs)
With full-time staff, and the support of the main office, we will do our best to assist you with finding treatment anywhere. We offer Family groups as well as self-help meetings. Phone 567-743-7130

Our Christmas season is well underway, and we wanted to share an update! This year, 450 children are signed up through our Angel Tree program, and that means we have a BIG responsibility — and an even bigger opportunity to spread some joy.

We’re grateful for the many generous donors who’ve already stepped up, but there are still plenty of angels who need a little extra love this season. If you’d like to make a difference, stop by the Walmart on Windcrest, choose a tag from the Angel Tree, and return your unwrapped gifts by December 9.

Our donors also have the option to purchase gifts directly from Walmart through our link. You can choose to either deliver the gifts to our office or have them sent directly to us! Gifts purchased will be used to help fill the wish lists of the angels who haven't been adopted. Here's the link: https://www.walmart.com/registry/RR/68d862f2-6e8b-4ee5-8f60-2adadfb5ce9a

Thank you for helping brighten Christmas for families in our community! 🎄✨
