Please join in congratulating Dr.’s Janice & Charles Duffy on their dedication to providing care to our working Police K9’s! Well deserved 💙🐾

Yesterday, the Fairfield Police Department K9 Unit had the honor of recognizing Norwalk Veterinary Hospital and Dr. Charles and Janice Duffy for their exceptional dedication and support to our K9 program.

For over a decade, Dr. Duffy and Dr. Duffy have provided unwavering care, compassion, and expertise to our police K9s, both active and retired. Their partnership has been vital to the health, safety, and success of our four-legged officers who serve the Town of Fairfield and beyond.

We are deeply grateful for their continued support and commitment to our mission.

Everyone please meet Sandy. Sandy, a 13 years young, spayed female Labrador retriever. Her owner recently passed away and she is in need of a new loving home. She is a pretty quiet lady who just wants someone to spend the rest of her days with however many that may be. She is dog friendly and loves making new friends human and canine.
Her previous Mom was a longtime client of ours who took the best care of this sweet girl. She is on a couple of medications one is for her mobility and arthritis and the other is to help with anxiety at bed time. She tends to breathe heavy at times due to a medical condition that in a younger dog would require surgery but at her age she is not a candidate for but is being monitored closely.
