Oh, what a night! Our team had a wonderful time at ’s Night of Hope Gala this week, celebrating the life-changing work being done in support of the family-building community.

The energy in the room was inspiring, and thanks to the collective generosity of everyone in attendance, the event raised an amazing $844,500 to continue advancing access, advocacy, and awareness for those who need it most.

This year’s Night of Hope awardees included , ’s Dr. Camille Hammond, , and many other passionate advocates.

One of the most memorable moments of the night came when emcee .welker spoke with Palm Springs Fire Department Chief Greg Lyle and Battalion Chief Ali Harandi, who were recognized for their heroic efforts to rescue embryos after the shocking fertility clinic bombing in May. Their bravery and dedication deeply moved everyone in attendance and reminded us all of the life-altering importance of this work.

We’re always grateful for the chance to come together with these amazing advocates and organizations dedicated to expanding access to care and supporting all paths to parenthood. Until next year!

Our team had an incredible few days at ’ annual conference in Brussels, where dozens of attendees gathered to meet with clinics, surrogacy agencies, and attorneys and explore the many pathways to parenthood for male couples and single prospective dads.
laura_meyer presented on the medical aspects of surrogacy, outlining each stage of the journey and offering clear, practical guidance for intended parents.

A big thank you to Frank Losquadro and Victoria Andretta for representing our team on the ground — connecting with hopeful dads-to-be and sharing insights on egg donation and gestational surrogacy.

Thank you to everyone who joined and helped make this such a meaningful, informative event.

✨Such a wonderful night at Greenwich MedSpa!

We partnered with GMS for an informative, fun-filled evening covering everything from IVF, IUI, and fertility preservation to how to increase your chances of fertility success for the future.

Dr. Laura Meyer and Dr. Ilana Ressler shared their insights on common fertility challenges, treatment options, and how to take a proactive approach to your reproductive health. We were grateful to hear firsthand experiences from a former egg freezing patient and former IVF patient who generously shared their stories.

A big thank you to Greenwich Medical Spa for hosting the event and for teaming up with us to treat attendees to discounts, prizes, and thoughtful gift bags. Nights like this remind us how valuable education and community truly are. 💙

We had a boo-tiful time at this year’s Baby Boo party! Seeing our former patients return with their (now toddlers, preschoolers, and big kids) all dressed up to meet their doctors was such a special full circle moment. 🧡

Our team looks forward to this event all year long! Getting a chance to reconnect with Illume families, see how much everyone has grown, and celebrate life beyond treatment is something we’ll never take for granted.

💗 A Look Back at Erin’s Journey: From Breast Cancer to Parenthood 💗

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re revisiting Erin’s inspiring story, which she first shared with us in 2023. 🎀

After a shocking stage 2 breast cancer diagnosis, Erin had just a few short weeks before starting treatment to create and preserve embryos for future family building. Because her cancer was estrogen-fed, she needed to remain on medication suppressing estrogen for five years—making pregnancy unsafe for her. This led Erin and her husband Matt to explore surrogacy as a path to parenthood.

“Illume is an amazing place and we are so glad that we decided to embark on this journey with them by our side," says Erin. "We have no words to describe the feelings we have for the miracle they made happen, and we’re forever indebted to them. Our little angel Olivia is proof that everything we went through to get her here was absolutely worth it!” 💕

We’re so grateful to Erin for sharing her story and reminding others that there’s no single path to building a family.
