Come join us at the Hot HIIT Pilates class on Mondays at 830am (this coming week tgis class will be held on Tuesday @8:30 am) with Andrea. Your core strength to go deeply into Camel Pose is built in our Hot HIIT Pilates classes.

Come and try this class on Tuesday morning. Doors open at 8am. Bring a yoga mat, towel and H2O and leave with a stronger core and open hips and shoulders. See you in the hot room! ☀️
