It has clinical locations in Norwalk and Glastonbury, CT. In addition to primary care, Circle Care Center provides stigma-free STD/infectious disease testing, treatment, and prevention. Its services are for adults aged 18 and over. Our services include:

Not on PrEP? Then you should know about PEP!
PEP (Post-Exposure Prophylaxis) is a medication treatment taken by someone who is HIV negative that believes they may have been exposed to an HIV infection.
It can prevent HIV infection when treatment is started within 72 hours of exposure (the sooner, the better).
If you have been exposed, call our office to request an appointment and relay that you need PEP for HIV exposure to be seen immediately.

DoxyPEP is an effective medication strategy used to potentially prevent Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and Syphilis after exposure has occurred.
For optimal effectiveness, DoxyPEP should be started within 72 hours (3 days) of potential exposure. The sooner you take it (suggested within 24 hours), the better the chance it has of preventing infection.
Request an appointment with your provider and fill your prescription with Circle Care Center Pharmacy to have your DoxyPEP on hand incase exposure occurs.
