I'm Zac Miller, the driving force behind Evolving Guidance. My platform aims to empower individuals through transformative practices like Sacred Breathwork and meditation. I'm also the Director of ManPower at UNcivilized Inc., an organization dedicated to ending the suffering in men and the suffering caused by men.

Without UNcivilized, Evolving Guidance wouldn’t exist, at least not in this form.


With years of experience as a First Responder, I understand the value of resilience and growth through adversity. My journey has been enriched by extensive self-development practices, deeply influencing my holistic and shamanic point of view.


I hold a certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies from the Trauma Research Foundation, founded by Bessel van der Kolk, and I'm committed to helping others find their path to post-traumatic growth
