Thank you Dharma Yoga & Wellness for having us today!! And Thank you Norwalk! Such a fun class 🌟 We stretched, danced and got all warmed up! We talked about what we are grateful for going into Thanksgiving and how we can help others! We even had a special visitor!!

KIDS!! Join us tomorrow for a FREE class!!

I’ll be at the Legacy Clubhouse (600 Colonial Cir, Norwalk) from 10-11 tomorrow 11/19 teaching gratefulness through kids Yoga.

Any donations go back to the community through Norwalk Santa. Opportunity to receive gift cards and all kids get a little goodie bag!

Really miss this and these kiddos 🥰🥰

This time last year we were just doing our 2nd class! Time really does fly, I can't believe a whole year has gone by! Thank you all for your continued attendance and support of Little Warriors at MADESTRONG..

West Des Moines, Iowa and surrounding areas - Please join us this Saturday 2/14 - from 9-10a for our VALENTINES DAY themed class! Adults - feel free to get in a workout at MADESTRONG, grab some brunch with your hunny, take some time for yourself! It's your hour too!

So many emotions through our last class at MADESTRONG. 😢 The relationships the kids and our families have made throughout these last 5 years are irreplaceable. Thank you everyone for your kindness, generosity, love & support. Little Warriors existed solely because of you! 😘🌈

*Although Madestrong will be closing I have decided to keep this page open just in case I do any pop up adventures or camps of any kind.
