Our front yard has turned into a full winter wonderland, and we hope it brings a smile to everyone passing by. A little extra joy during the colder days goes a long way.

Last night we celebrated the holidays with our incredible iMed Centers team 🎄✨
So grateful for the people who show up every day to take care of our patients and each other. We had a great time, shared a lot of laughs, and left feeling even more excited for what’s ahead.

🏃The Year of the Barge! 🚢

The 34th Annual Norwalk River Fun Run had a memorable twist this year! Just as we were about to say “GO,” a barge’s arrival paused the race, lifting the drawbridge right in the middle of the course!

Runners first completed a lap around Veteran’s Park before stopping to enjoy the unexpected sight of the barge making its way into the harbor. Once the bridge came back down, the race resumed and our participants made their way to the finish line outside The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk . 💪🎉

Our runners were welcomed at the finish line by Sunny the Squirrel and his friends from the Riverbrook Regional YMCA (Wilton Family YMCA) who had goodie bags for our young runners. Our participants could also enjoy a cup of hot chocolate to support the Brookside Elementary School Student Government.

🚓 A big thank you to the Norwalk, CT Police Department for keeping our students and families safe along the course, and to the City of Norwalk Recreation & Parks for partnering with Norwalk Public Schools to make this event possible.

🌋 Mission Accomplished! 🌋

We’re proud to share that our very own Dr. Diego successfully summited one of Guatemala’s active volcanoes this week! 🔥 It was an incredible journey filled with challenge, teamwork, and breathtaking views.

Everyone in the group made it safely to the top and back; and true to his nature, Dr. Diego even stepped in to help a fellow hiker who was experiencing hamstring issues along the way. 👏

He'll be back in the office on Wednesday.

🌿 A Bittersweet Farewell 🌿

Today we say “see you later” to someone who has meant so much to our iMed family. After years of caring hands, compassionate heart, and unwavering dedication to our patients, Emilia is officially retiring.

While we’re incredibly happy for her as she begins this new chapter, it’s impossible not to feel a little sad as we say goodbye to someone who’s been more than just a massage therapist; she’s been a colleague, a teammate, and most of all, a dear friend.

Her kindness, warmth, and genuine care for every person who walked through our doors have left a lasting mark on our team and our patients. Though we’ll miss seeing her every day, we’re so grateful for all the years we shared and the countless lives she’s touched.

Please join us in wishing Emilia a joyful, relaxing, and well-deserved retirement! 💙✨
