If you’re navigating perimenopause and noticing your body changing, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
Starting Saturday, March 8th at 8AM, this Small Group Strength Class is created specifically for women 40+ who want to feel stronger, move better, and train in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
We’ll work through squat, press, and deadlift variations along with accessory exercises that support joint health, muscle strength, and long-term wellness.
No intimidation. No pressure to “keep up.”
Just smart coaching and a community of women working toward feeling stronger together.
