Do not allow anger in.
Greet worry head-on and send it away.
Just for Today,
Be grateful for breathing, being, all the things great or small that usher and guide your path this day.
Give thanks for the delightful drink you hold in your hands, put to your lips and taste with your tongue, the smiles you see on faces: catch your own smile in a reflection, the unique, the odd, the beautiful expected and unexpected blessings of Today.
Just for Today,
Take a moment of rest before you begin your tasks.
Think about what you hope to achieve and how best to complete that responsibility.
Responsibilities are Blessings as well.
Stand tall, step forward, with your best goals and then add an extra measure to the work.
Just for Today,
Allow kindness, compassion and deep love for all living things guide your way.
As you close the night and put your head to bed, let the memories of this day be with you.
Sleep deep. Dream well.
And before you open your eyes tomorrow morning, smile, then start your new day.
