Isn't it time for a reset? I had a reset this week and even *I* as a therapist forget how transformative these sessions are. This is an amazing way to get you reconnected to your body and out of your mind.

This is a 75 minute session, and all sessions take place on a Biomat at no extra charge. If you're interested we can add 30 to 45 minutes of Reiki. Lately I've been having fun by taking before and after pictures of my clients and showing them. You cannot believe the difference.

Wishing Scott at the Center for an Ecology-Based Economy all the best in his retirement. Scott changed my WORLD this summer when he talked me into getting onto a bicycle again for the first time in nearly 40 years. Not only did he talk to me about it...he took me out back in the parking lot, made me don a helmet for safety and rode around with me until I was comfortable to take off on my own. Scott, it may not have seemed like anything out of the ordinary to you, but you gave me so much in those moments. Freedom, a reconnection to my Inner Child, Exercise *and* a strong sense of Community. Thank you for all you have done for me, and for CEBE over the years!
