"I paused for a second because the room felt off." Dizziness is one of the most ignored symptoms we see.
People blame:
– dehydration
– stress
–“getting older”

But sometimes… It’s none of those. Have you ever dealt with dizziness or balance issues?

Most people think physical therapy starts after surgery or injury.
But there’s a quieter, smarter step that often gets overlooked.

Preparing your body before something big, such as surgery, a new sport, or even a demanding season, can make recovery easier and improve outcomes.

Have you ever done anything to prepare your body before pain showed up?

Let’s normalize this for a second 👀

Leaking when you laugh, sneeze, or exercise is common…
But it’s not something you have to “just live with.”

Be honest, has this ever happened to you?
(You’re not alone, promise.)

Honest question 👇
Why do we wait until pain is really bad before getting help?

We see people every day who say, “I thought it would just go away.”
Sometimes it does. Sometimes it doesn’t.

What’s one ache or pain you’ve been ignoring lately?

Staying Active Your Way 🌿
Physical therapy isn’t about pushing through pain; it’s about being heard, supported, and guided in a way that feels right for your body. Staying active looks different for everyone, and care should always reflect that. When movement is personalized, progress can happen sooner than you expect. 💚

⭐ Patient experience from our Norwell location:

“Micky Golden was simply excellent, personable, professional, and truly an expert. I had severe neck pain and limited mobility, and after just one session, I felt tremendously better. Micky and his assistant Aidan were a dynamic duo.”

We’re grateful to care for patients who trust us with their movement, their pain, and their goals. 🤍

✨ Why we love this exercise ✨
This single-leg hinge isn’t just about balance; it’s about control, strength, and stability.
✔️ Strengthens the glutes & hamstrings
✔️ Challenges balance and coordination
✔️ Trains the core and pelvic floor to work together
✔️ Improves hip stability for everyday movements
We often use exercises like this in rehab because they mimic real-life reaching, stepping, and lifting, while teaching your body to move efficiently and safely.
Slow, controlled, and intentional movement makes all the difference 💪

What to Expect at Your First Pelvic Physical Therapy Visit

Your first visit is truly about you; your story, your concerns, and what feels most important to your body right now. 🤍

We begin by taking time to listen. You’ll talk with your therapist about your symptoms, your health history, and your goals, whether that’s feeling more comfortable, moving without fear, or simply understanding what’s been going on with your body. There is no rushing and no pressure to share more than you’re ready for.

Your therapist will explain everything beforehand and answer any questions along the way. Any assessment or treatment is done with your full consent, and you are always in control of the pace. Many first visits focus on education, gentle movement, breathing, posture, and helping you better understand how your body works.

Most importantly, this is a safe, respectful space. You will be met with compassion—not judgment—and your concerns will be taken seriously. Pelvic physical therapy is about partnering with you, supporting your comfort, and helping you feel more confident and informed every step of the way.

You don’t need to be “sure” that this is the answer to take the first step. Sometimes, feeling heard is where healing begins. 🌿
