In true holistic health fashion… our discount code needed a little healing before it could work properly.

So if you tried to use the Revitalize from Within sale code last week and it didn’t work... it wasn’t you, it was us.

The code EARLYBIRD15 is now working, and we’re extending the sale for a few more days, so everyone who wanted to join has the chance.

Sometimes the lesson is patience.
Sometimes the lesson is double-checking the coupon settings.

The Spring program is officially open!!!

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Spring is associated with the Liver — the system responsible for the smooth flow of Qi in the body.

When Qi flows well, we feel clear, motivated, and emotionally balanced.
When it doesn’t, we feel stuck — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

This program was designed to gently support that transition from winter into spring through education, simple practices, and weekly guidance you can implement in real life.

To celebrate the launch, I’m offering 15% off this weekend only.

You can read more and sign up in the comments, or comment REVITALIZE and l’ll send you the link.

If you have questions, feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to help you decide if this is a good fit for you.

What Chinese Medicine says about the Liver, and why it matters this time of year.

In Chinese Medicine, the Liver is not just a physical organ. It’s the system responsible for the smooth flow of Qi, the vital energy that moves through every part of the body.

When Liver Qi flows well, you feel like yourself, clear-headed, emotionally steady, and physically at ease.

When it becomes stagnant, which happens easily with chronic stress, irregular sleep, poor nutrition, or even the internal “compression” of winter, you start to feel the effects in surprisingly varied ways.

Common signs of Liver Qi stagnation:
• Tightness in the chest, jaw, or sides of the body
• Frustration or irritability that feels disproportionate
• Digestive irregularity — bloating, fullness, constipation
• Headaches, especially at the temples or crown
• A feeling of being stuck — mentally, emotionally, or physically

Spring is when the Wood element rises, and the Liver system is most active. This makes it the ideal season to support this system through food, herbs, movement, acupuncture, and breath.

This isn’t abstract theory. It’s a practical framework for understanding what your body needs and when.

Revitalize from Within opens tomorrow. If you’d like to support your body this Spring, comment RESET and I'll send you the link to reserve your spot.

A few things detox is not:

- A juice cleanse. Cold liquids are hard on the digestive system and can actually slow down the Liver’s ability to process and clear. In Chinese Medicine, we protect digestive warmth, not extinguish it.

- A punishment. If you finish a cleanse feeling depleted, something was off with the approach. A real reset leaves you feeling lighter, clearer, and more energized — not wiped out.

- A trend. Seasonal cleansing has been practiced in Chinese Medicine for thousands of years. The body’s relationship to Spring is not new information.

- Complicated. Warm water with lemon. Fermented foods. Breathwork. Movement. Sleep. Herbs chosen for your specific body. Simple practices, done consistently, are what actually move the needle.

If detox has felt like something you dread, you may have just been working with the wrong approach.

Revitalize from Within opens this Friday. Reserve your spot now.

I want to tell you a little story.

About what happens when you stop trying to “push through”… and start listening instead.

So many of the things we experience: fatigue, poor sleep, feeling off in ways we can’t quite explain... aren’t random.

They’re signals.

Chinese Medicine gave me a way to understand those signals in a deeper, more connected way.

And it changed how I approach healing entirely.

This program is an extension of that.

I’ll be sharing more very soon.

What if your body already holds the answers?

In Chinese Medicine, we don’t just look at symptoms: we look at you as a whole.

Your sleep.
Your digestion.
Your emotions.
Your energy.

Because everything is connected.

Instead of masking what you feel, we ask a different question:
Why is this happening?

From there, we work to gently restore balance, supporting your body in doing what it was designed to do.

This medicine has been practiced for thousands of years, helping people:

• Sleep more deeply
• Ease chronic pain
• Regulate hormones and cycles
• Feel calmer and more grounded
• Restore steady, lasting energy

Not through force, but through alignment.

If you’ve been feeling off and can’t quite explain why… this might be the missing piece.

I’ll be sharing how to begin your own journey this Friday. Stay tuned.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Did you know that in Chinese Medicine, Spring is the season of the Liver: the organ of renewal, fresh starts, and new growth? Sounds a lot like what today celebrates, doesn't it? Whether you're sipping green tea or finding four-leaf clovers, take a moment today to honor the energy stirring inside you. The body knows how to bloom; sometimes it just needs a little support.

PS: Something special is blooming here too... stay tuned this week. 🌈

Your jaw isn’t tight because you’re dramatic.
It’s tight because you’re bracing.

We are living in a season of constant input.
Headlines. Notifications. Opinions. Uncertainty.

Even when you’re not actively thinking about it, your nervous system is.

Jaw clenching.
Tension headaches.
TMJ flare-ups.
Neck and shoulder tightness.

These are common signs of nervous system overload.

In Chinese medicine, the jaw is closely connected to stress patterns that rise upward — when pressure builds without release, the body holds it.

You don’t have to “power through” tension.

Regulation is not avoidance.
It’s resilience.

Acupuncture works by helping your body shift out of bracing mode and back into safety — where muscles soften, breath deepens, and your system recalibrates.

If your jaw has been carrying more than it should, this might be your sign to pause.

Your body isn’t failing you. It’s adapting.

If you’re ready for support, we’re here for you.

When you hear Traditional Chinese Medicine… what’s the first thing that comes to mind?

Be honest. Don’t overthink it.

Is it:
• Acupuncture needles?
• Herbal tea?
• Energy and meridians?
• Something “woo”?
• Something ancient and mysterious?
• Or something you’re not totally sure you understand?

I’m genuinely curious.

Traditional Chinese Medicine isn’t just one thing — it’s a whole medical system that looks at stress, digestion, sleep, hormones, pain, emotions, and seasonal rhythms differently than Western medicine does.

But I’d love to know what you picture first.

Drop a word or phrase below. No right or wrong answers.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Heart is more than a physical organ.

It houses the Shen — your spirit, presence, and emotional clarity.

When the Heart is balanced:
• Joy feels accessible
• Connection feels natural
• Sleep is restorative
• Emotions move instead of getting stuck

When the Heart is strained — by stress, overwork, lack of rest, or emotional suppression — you may notice:
• Anxiety
• Insomnia
• Disconnection
• Restlessness
• Emotional overwhelm

We don’t treat emotions as separate from the body.
We support the system so the Heart can settle and regulate.

You deserve joy that feels steady — not fleeting.

Comment HEART if you’ve been craving more emotional balance lately.

In our culture, rest is often treated like a reward.

In Chinese Medicine, rest is treatment.

Winter teaches conservation.
Burnout teaches limits.
Your fatigue is not a flaw — it is information.

Rest:
• Rebuilds depleted Qi
• Nourishes Yin
• Regulates hormones
• Strengthens immunity
• Allows the Heart and Kidneys to communicate clearly

When we override exhaustion, we deepen imbalance.
When we honor it, we restore rhythm.

Rest is not laziness.
It is biological repair.

If your body has been whispering “slow down,” consider this permission.

Comment RHYTHM if you’re learning to see rest differently this season.

02/16/2026

When stress becomes your baseline, your body forgets how to come back down.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, we don’t see stress as “just mental.”
We see it as something that depletes systems over time — especially Kidney energy (your reserves) and Spleen energy (your ability to process and recover).

Acupuncture helps regulate the nervous system by:
• Supporting healthy cortisol rhythm
• Activating the parasympathetic (rest + repair) response
• Improving circulation and oxygenation
• Signaling safety back to the brain and body

Many patients describe it as the first time their body truly exhales in months.

You are not weak for feeling depleted.
You are likely running on empty.

Healing isn’t about pushing harder — it’s about restoring what’s been drained.

If your system feels fried, foggy, or overwhelmed… this is your reminder that regulation is possible.

Comment RESET if your body has been asking for support lately.
