As you head into this season, take a moment to remember that people post their highlight reels
- not their struggles.

Social media can offer us the chance to connect with people and form friendships that would not have otherwise been possible AND it can also expose us to a very skewed version of reality.

So if you find yourself questioning your worth or value, try to remember that what you see online is a snippet of life, not the full picture.
