Bible scriptures and prayer to start my day....

Heavy cloud covered sky....6 degrees....

Slept like a rock....Been up for hours.....Raring to go....Lots to do today....Need to hit the office.....Few loads of laundry....Need to get a seed order placed....Workout...I am addicted to my work outs now....Need to wrap my head around fall cleaning another room or finishing the kitchen fall cleaning....Windows are driving me crazy but its so cold for washing them....I also know when spring hits my focus will be outside in the gardens and barns....I need to get these few rooms left done....

Funny how we are indoctrinated to think retirement and vacations....Like we are owed the down time...Rest yes....
But no where in the bible does it speak of vacations and retirement....Easy to see why we do not live so long anymore and why its easier to be over weight and unhealthy...I pray I never retire....I hope I am actively working till the day I leave this world...

Brunch...I usually only eat one meal a day and do alot of fasting....Beets....Bacon...
Onion...Garlic...Potatoes....
Sprouted oats with peaches...Everything from MeadowBrooke Mountain except the sprouted oats...Food for fuel....

Hitting the office today for a few hours....Several loads of laundry....Some basic cleaning....Meal prep of course....Workout for sure.....What's on your agenda?...Do tell....

Midnight on Wednesday night....Have not slept since Monday night....Insomnia is real....Been this way my whole life ....

So I am working....Eventually my system will require 2-4 hours sleep someday soon....

Lost a goat this morning....
Male twin....Blasted electric fencing....Goats try to hard to die on the daily...Sad....We always try so hard then s**t happens....

Peaches on the side....All from MeadowBrooke Mountain....Might bake biscuits or bread with cheese...

4:30 AM...Still working ..Roosters are sounding off....I think I will just continue working through the day....That way I may be caught up to todays list...
Maybe....Going to need a fresh pot of coffee soon tho....

Sadie Mae had a bath at 3 AM....Doesn't everyone give their dogs a bath at that hour...Cat box is cleaned...
Rabbit litter box is cleaned...
Water jugs for the barns are filled....Cleaned the bathroom laundry room and hallway...
Off to clean the breezeway then tackle the kitchen....

Need to work in the office today....Get a work out in...Took a pork roast out of the freezer so thats on the supper menu for tonight...
Regular tasks....Laundry of course....Who knows what else is on today list....Its long I know that....

So whats everyone else up to today?....Already 4 days into February....Income tax prep is also on my list....Back to work I go....Next break is at sunrise....
