We recently attended Unadilla Valley Central School District's Annual ABC Wellness Expo! ✨
This yearly gathering unites the local community to encourage better health and well-being for everyone, and it was full of energy and good times!

📸The highlight for us was the kids lighting up our photo booth with their creative poses and big laughs! Moments like these show how wellness starts with fun, connection, and feeling part of something bigger.

Huge thanks to everyone who stopped by, snapped a pic, and shared the good vibes. Here's to more community days filled with health and happiness!💚

Key Survey Details:
What: 2026 Rural Impact Community Survey
Who: Random sample of residents in the towns of Norwich and Sherburne aged 18 and older
When: Surveys are being mailed out this week
Why: Results will inform future community-based diabetes prevention efforts developed through the Rural Impact project

If you receive a survey in the mail, please take the time to complete it. Participants will receive a gift card for their time!
