If you already placed your order and are planning to pick up your ornaments from our office, they will be ready to pick up beginning on Monday, December 8, 2025. The holiday season can be especially difficult for those who are grieving. Hospice & Palliative Care of Chenango County invites you to join our Grief Support Group beginning tonight at 4:00 PM.

The group will meet once a month at our office in Norwich. Our next group session is scheduled for December 17th at 4:00PM.

Please join our Veteran volunteers and our team for our 6TH ANNUAL VETERANS FLAG PLACING CEREMONY on Thursday, November 13, 2025 as we recognize, honor, and thank all Veterans for their service to and sacrifices for our Country.🇺🇸

We will gather at 9AM outside the front of the Hospice office building at 33-39 Court Street in Norwich to recognize and remember the Veteran patients whom we have had the honor of caring for throughout the past year, by placing a flag outside our building for each Veteran. All are welcome to come inside afterwards for coffee, refreshments, and camaraderie!☕️

Hospice Chenango is a partnering organization of the We Honor Veterans Program, a program of the National Alliance for Care at Home. We are dedicated to providing specialized end of life care for our Veteran patients and support for their families.
