The old-fashioned multivitamin tablet shows some promise, however. In a large National Institutes of Health-funded, placebo- and comparator-controlled randomized trial, Baker and colleagues found that older adults given a multivitamin had higher global cognition scores than those who did not take it. Specific effects on global cognition, episodic memory, and executive function were noted. The improvement was most pronounced in those with a history of cardiovascular disease.

I'll take that.

Unsure of where to start when shopping in the great, big world of Protein Shakes?... lots to consider. I've tried so many and I always go back to Isagenix Isalean Shakes. I started using them almost 15 years ago and when it comes down to the science, they don't mess around. Great tasting (they have to be for me to even consider), 24 grams of protein and a game changer in the AM when trying to get out the door. I am now a fan of their Plant-Based Shakes too and recommend them or the Whey Protein. If you have fresh or frozen berries, the Vanilla is a stand-out, although my son Jack would beg to differ.
