Watching someone you love struggle with thoughts of su***de is one of the heaviest things a family can carry. You deserve guidance too.

In this week’s conversation, Valley Spring CEO and Dr. Olla sit down to speak directly to the families who are scared, exhausted, and unsure of what to do next.

If you or someone you love is in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.

When treatment centers show up for each other, the whole community wins.

This month’s Open House Tour brought together some of the most dedicated people in behavioral health and addiction recovery.

To every treatment center that walked through our doors: thank you. Your presence is a reminder that we are all working toward the same goal. The more we understand each other’s programs, approaches, and strengths, the better we can connect people to the care that’s right for them.

That’s not competition. That’s community.

We look forward to continuing to build these relationships; one open door at a time.

“I can’t afford treatment” is something too many people believe is the final answer. It isn’t.

Brian Cellary and Patricia Osterhoudt talk through the real pathways available when resources are limited. From sliding scale programs to community support and beyond, no one should face this alone.

03/24/2026

Talking about su***de can feel uncomfortable, but silence is far more dangerous.

Dr. Olla and Brian Cellary break down the clinical and human difference between suicidal ideation and a su***de attempt, so our community can show up more informed, more compassionate, and more prepared to help.

If you’re struggling, reach out. You deserve support.

Call or text 988, available 24/7.

Last Saturday, Valley Spring Recovery Center and the NAACP Norwalk Branch brought the fun, the laughs, and the music to Community Hall; and the people showed up.

Bingo W/ a Twist was exactly what it sounds like: a night that mixed the classic game we all know with the kind of good energy that only happens when a community comes together with a real purpose. From the first number called to the last card filled, the room was alive.

Events like this are a reminder that recovery and community go hand in hand. When we build spaces where people can laugh, connect, and just be; that's where healing happens too.

Big love to the NAACP Norwalk Branch for making this night possible with us. More to come.

Your child is in treatment. Now what?

Round Table Talk with Patricia #4 is here. and Patricia Osterhoudt tackle the weight that parents carry when their child under 18 is facing serious difficulties, and what a healthy, supportive role actually looks like in those moments.

It means something when people in this field show up for each other.

Brian Cellary and James Sands, BS CASAC T had the chance to visit the incredible team at Rubicon Recovery Center this week. Shared values, open conversations, and a reminder of why collaboration in the recovery space is so powerful.

Taking that first step is hard enough. Dr. Olla and CEO Brian Cellary are here to show you what happens next. Starting with your mental health assessment.

Green was never this meaningful. We showed up, we stood together, and we celebrated sober, right in the heart of New York City. Thank you to everyone who joined us at 79th & 5th on March 17th.

This is what recovery looks like.

The conversation you’re afraid to have could be the one that saves your child’s life.

sat down with Patricia Osterhoudt at the Round Table to talk about something so many parents are silently facing; how to show up and communicate with your child when they’re struggling with substance abuse.

This conversation isn’t easy. But it’s necessary.
