This treatment program is designed for athletes under constant and rigorous daily or weekly training - from runners to hockey and football players, to clients who follow a strict workout or gym routine.

For this treatment, we require clients to arrive at their appointment in gym clothes because this will help our stretching session be easier for you. The session will start off with a 30-minute stretching focused on your areas of need. After this, the therapist will step out briefly to allow you to prepare and change for the massage session, for 90 minutes. With this new advanced program, we offer complimentary hotel towels, hot stones, and BioFreeze as needed.
