We are seeking Licensed Therapists/Counselors and Nurse Practitioner's to join our growing team!
Norwood Behavioral Health (NBH) is a patient-centered, behavioral health group in Norwood that works collaboratively with a medical office - Pediatric Associates of Norwood & Franklin (PANF) - and group nutrition practice - Karuna: Nutrition + Movement - to provide a holistic, multidisciplinary, and whole-body approach to mental health and patient care. We are a synergistic group that frequently consults among each other to promote a thriving learning environment and better the care of our clients.
NBH is hiring LMHC's/LICSW's/LCSW's/PsyD's, PhD's who are interested in working with all age clients (children and adults) and their families via Telehealth and/or in-person, with a particular need for expertise in eating disorder care. We have two physical locations in Norwood, MA and Franklin, MA, and will continue to support clients via telehealth as well. This opportunity provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with a client’s direct team including doctors, nurses, other therapists, psychiatrist/psych NP and dietitians for support and supervision on each case.
The ideal candidate...
Is licensed in Massachusetts.
Would be able to work some evening hours during the week (3pm and later - after school hours!) and/or Saturdays.
Has experience primarily treating children, adolescents, and/or parenting counseling
Is interested in part-time or full-time employment, starting with 15 client hours/week with the opportunity to grow to full time.
Signing bonus available for full-time. Financial opportunities are available for part-time clinicians as well.
It is a plus if you have...
Experience with LGBTQ+ children/adolescents and/or gender issues, disordered eating, ADHD
Active contracts with some insurance plans in MA
Proficiency in multiple languages
This position offers all the flexibility and independence of a private practice, but without the hassle of the admin work. Our team will take care scheduling, filing insurance claims, invoicing and credentialing/contracting.

Responsibilities:
Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
Provide prevention-oriented therapy
Implement and review treatment plans
Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields (License required)
Familiarity with community mental health resources
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong leadership qualities
