This is your reminder to take some time today and reflect on what you haven't been doing or have been avoiding, that will get you closer to where you envision yourself being.

Spend some time today figuring out what your first or next steps will be this week.

You have goals(big or small) that you are working towards so take some time today to plan out what you are doing this week. What small steps can you do every day that will get you closer to your goal? You aren't waiting for them to come to you, make it happen. ⠀

Planning is therapeutic in many ways. It provides you the opportunity to visualize what you want and how to make that happen, it can help decrease anxiety, reduce feelings of disorganization and forgetfulness. ⠀

Get it all down on the paper and then sort out what you want to do next. Be realistic, it cannot all be done in one day and if you deal with low energy, it cannot be done all in a week or month. That's ok. ⠀
