Remember to lift with your legs, move your feet to turn and not twist when shoveling.
As much as you can, push snow.

Our office will be open again on Wednesday, 1/28.
We will be open through this Friday and be open, Monday only February 2/2 normal hours.

Dr. Bates will then be heading on a missions trip and will be back in the office, Feb. 11 in the afternoon and regular hours the rest of the werk.

I am out later than I thought I would be so I stopped at Chipotle and got a chicken burrito bowl with no cheese or sour cream because I am doing the 21 day Standard Process Purification Program.
Instead I got the chimichurri sauce which is only a dollar to add. It sure adds a lot of flavor and is spicy.🔥🌶
