πŸ’› Meet Haley – The Inspiration Behind Our Flock of Care Program!

During a routine nursing visit several months ago, one of our nurses noticed something special about Haley β€” she had a growing collection of themed rubber ducks that had been given to her by family and friends to celebrate different occasions. Each duck represented a memory, a milestone, or a moment worth celebrating.

That simple observation planted a seed that eventually grew into what we now proudly call our Flock of Care Program.

Today, the Flock of Care program celebrates milestones big and small for our clients using fun, themed rubber ducks β€” a small but meaningful way to recognize achievements, spread joy, and honor the incredible journeys of the families we serve.

Haley has been with Comprehensive Nursing Services for almost TEN years and during that time we have had the privilege of watching her reach so many milestones. We are incredibly thankful to be part of Haley’s story and grateful for the inspiration she continues to provide.

At Comprehensive Nursing Services, patient safety is at the heart of everything we do. This week we are proud to participate in Patient Safety Awareness Week, an annual recognition led by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement that brings attention to the importance of improving patient safety across healthcare.

Throughout the week, our nurses will receive daily emails with educational information and safety activities focused on key topics that help protect the medically complex patients we serve in their homes, including:
