Effective immediately, per requirements from Marin Health Department, all customers must wear a mask when entering and keep them on throughout the massage session.

All of our staff, including myself, have been vaccinated and we will also be wearing masks.

We have some updates

Dear True Care Foot Reflexology community,

First of all, allow me to thank you for being such a loyal and supportive customer to True Care Foot Reflexology. Throughout the recent challenges with the pandemic, you have all been extremely supportive and kind. Novato/Marin County is indeed very special.

It is difficult to write this note, but due to the decline of customers from the pre-pandemic levels and increase in the cost of employees plus Covid precautions, we need to increase prices of our 30 and 60 min foot reflexology sessions by $5. Effective this Saturday, May 1, 2021, a 30 min foot massage will be $25 and a 1 hour foot massage will be $35.

We will continue to provide you with the quality and service s you've come to expect.

Happy Chinese New Year !!

According to the lunar calendar, CNY eve is tonight (2/11) and tomorrow is CNY !!

It'll be the year of the Ox. Let's hope that the Ox will bring us an end to this virus and better health, more happiness and prosperity !!

WE'RE OPEN !!!

Just got news from Marin Dept of Public Health that we are allowed to operate indoors !!!

Today, since I got the news late, we'll open @ noon-9:00 PM. Otherwise we're back to our normal schedule of 10a-9p daily.

Looking forward to seeing y'all soon !

The Governor has lifted the Stay-At-Home order for California and Marin County Health Department has allowed us to reopen INDOORS !!!

Hello True Care community,

Hope y'all are having a good day.
Just wanted to keep everyone updated on our status.

We are still NOT able to reopen. The current criteria, as I understand it, is that the total number of available ICU beds in the Bay Area counties need to be at or above 15% before the governor would consider allowing reopening. THEN Marin County Public Health can decide to use the same reopening date OR even delay further if local criteria requires. The county CANNOT reopen earlier than what the governor says.

Hello True Care community,

First off, HAPPY NEW YEAR ! I hope y'all enjoyed the holidays, at least as much as possible.

Just wanted to post an update on where we are as a business. We are still NOT able to reopen. The most recent data I have is that it'll be AT LEAST Jan 8 but that's subject to change. I will continue to post updates as I get them.

We have some updates

Dear True Care Foot Reflexology community,

As y'all are aware by now, we're forced to shutdown until at least Jan 4th, 2021. Sad as that may be, Christmas is almost upon us and I just wanted to remind everyone that gift certificates are great gifts/stocking stuffers.
Our gift certificates come in whatever amount you like. The recipient uses it just like cash when they come visit us. Give us a call and I can send gift certificates to your friends via USPS. Just did one today ! Because my cell phone coverage is spotty, if I can't pickup the call, please leave me a message with your name and phone # and I'll give you a call back.

We have some updates

Hello True Care community,

I'm sad to inform you that because of the latest rise of Covid cases, Marin County Health Dept has once again ruled that "Personal Services" businesses (which include Massage Therapy) have to be closed effective noon Tuesday December 8th. At this point, the closure is scheduled to end on Jan 4, 2021. We shall see.

In the meantime, there are a few more days. Call us at (415) 898-1700 to schedule your massages before we close on Tuesday at noon !!!

I will post updates if there are any changes on our web page (True Care Foot Reflexology), on Yelp, Facebook, Nextdoor and Google. The business phone will be forwarded to my cell phone as well.

I hope you all will stay safe and healthy and here's wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year !! 2021 will be better !!!
