🌟 Announcement 🌟

I wanted to share with you that I will not be taking birth or postpartum clients during February, March, April, and May. I will be taking a short break fromom being an active doula. However, I am more than happy to support those with due dates from June onwards. If you need assistance during this time, I can connect you with other wonderful doulas who can provide the care you deserve.

For support inquiries, please visit douladoula.org. I appreciate your understanding and look forward to returning with renewed energy after this break. During this time, I'll be reflecting on my past year as a doula, focusing on school and creating cherished moments with family.

👶🌬️💕 Breathing is essential for a healthy pregnancy! Here are some key points to keep in mind:
Deep breathing can help reduce stress and anxiety levels during pregnancy.
Proper breathing techniques can prepare you for labor and delivery.
Focusing on your breath can also help you bond with your baby.
Remember to take time each day to focus on your breathing and connect with your body and your little one.

A couple weeks ago I took a Spinning Babies class in walnut and the techniques are really coming in handy. Spinning Babies helps the baby get into the most optimal positioning. If practice before labor, could help a breech baby turn. The nurses are loving that I know Spinning Babies. Let's spin these babies!

We create birth plans and we practice birth. We take all the childbirth, education classes, and watch all the videos we can on YouTube.

But once your baby is on the way, a lot of that information goes out the window. The best birth skill is to be knowledgeable, to speak up, and to go with the flow. Your birth journey is unique. Your baby is unique, and you are unique. Your journey as unique.

Having a doula on your team, can help you go with the flow. And embrace the journey of birth. Doula support and help you be knowledgeable in the birthing room, provide encouragement, provide comfort measures, and help with your labor.

I went to the grand opening of the second location located in . They provided healing for the community and community events. It was a great time. I got to see so many people interested in helping the community and seeking alternatives and indigenous healing.

As a doula and energy healer, it's so important to have places like this for people to seek affordable alternative healings and treatments. Creating community and holding space is the foundation of transformation and enlightenment.
