I am absolutely thrilled to be able to post that OpenCures will be playing a key role in ARPA-H PROSPR program! A multi-million dollar effort to create an "Intrinsic Capacity Score" and home test kit that will help people manage and direct their own health while validating some cutting-edge longevity technologies! Here's a press release detailing the program and the many players required to make it work. Amazing group! Looking forward to using this as a beginning of the creation a systems model of human health that would help reduce or eliminate the need for expensive clinical trials and enable the testing of millions of hypotheses in parallel instead of one expensive and long trial at a time.

I recently had the genuine privilege to spend some of my ATP in a conversation with Max More exploring what is and isn't working in the healthy longevity technology development space. Ultimately it comes down to the "customer" is not well-served and has little agency in the economic cycle for longevity technologies. To share some mind-space with a young pioneer in the space of transhumanism and someone who helped shape the events we see today is truly a joyful experience. I became aware of Max More and Natasha Vita-More and the Extropian Movement, already hugely influential, when I started my journey in search of healthy longevity and life-extension. I couldn't be more thrilled to have had a chance to catch-up with Max on his podcast. What an amazing wealth of knowledge and perspective.

It turns out we are chronologically and philosophically very similar! What a surprise.. ;) Can't wait to share the full podcast.. there were a LOT of interesting topics and perhaps not-so-obvious assertions about what is wrong (and right) in the longevity and cryonics space.
