We all need a 'better angel'.. or perhaps we might call it a 'gentle nag', but regardless, being reminded we need to do what's good for us PERSONALLY by our own dedicated "better angel" is coming.

I hope there is a plan to harvest the data of the effects occurring in the health of people making behavior changes and we will be looking for opportunities to work with this and other services.

Making healthier choices is hard. But it’s also something that AI is uniquely positioned to solve, write Sam Altman and Arianna Huffington.

MODEST?! I'd call the results pathetic. . just today I heard on the news of yet another Alzheimer's drug coming on the market that... WOW... delays cognitive decline by a whole SEVEN MONTHS!... break out the champagne!!! I'm pretty sure they didn't test the effectiveness of their very expensive pharmaceutical against free lifestyle changes... also they are targeting the downstream and non-causal accumulation of B-amyloid which explains why they could only squeeze a few months. How about prescribing exercise and giving them a discount on their premiums? People just can't seem to do things that are good for them if they go against their physical appetites and they don't have a HUGE reason to push against it.. maybe money could be that reason.

Kisunla is not a cure and slows worsening memory and cognitive problems by about seven months.

Not long ago some studies out of Stanford showed that there really is no "safe" level of alcohol consumption and that drinking alcohol is more like smoking with any amount being damaging. If we can't understand how we can psychologically make decisions that deliberately harm our health in exchange for an altered state of consciousness and/or the dopamine that we get in exchange, we will never be able to modify these behaviors which are detrimental. Here's another recent story on how drinking accelerates aging, but given what we know about how drinkers and non-drinkers 'look' as they age, I don't know why it needed a study.

Alcohol dependence accelerates biological aging, as measured by epigenetic clocks, but a three-week treatment program can significantly decelerate this process and improve biomarkers associated with aging.

What an awesome chance to hang with some sane people.

When I first met Jasmine and the team at Rejuve.AI and we started discussing working together and the barriers to progress to the development of interventions to maintain and restore function for aging humans, it became clear that the science and technology were there to be discovered, and more clear that "we are the cavalry" we've been waiting for. As Michael J. Fox has said, "There is no Department of Cures, the department is us.". Thrilled to have this seed and will be tending to it carefully help it grow, exponentially. Maybe there are some of you out there who want to align vectors and aim them at the heart of "The Dragon-Tyrant"?
