👨⚕️Back pain is one of the most common and debilitating problems someone can be faced with. 👨⚕️
It's also one of the problems that the longer you put off getting it looked at the higher chance it will become something serious.
I can personally relate to lower back pain through my cousin. He has chronic low back pain.
The crazy thing is it all started when he was bending over to pick up a box (he was moving into a new house). He didn't do anything about it at the time. He figured he could tough it out and it would eventually go away.
Fast forward 5 years later he has been through the gamut... Disc replacements, lumbar fusions, injections, you name it he's tried it.
Don't wait to find a solution for your back pain. Remember you do not need an MD referral to see a Physical Therapist.
Physical Therapy can help guide you through your low back pain and make it a thing of the past.
Reach out now, I am limited in the number of patients I can take. Either text/phone call by clicking up top on the page or reach out via messenger in this post and I will personally get back to you to set up a time when we can talk over the phone for 15 minutes to figure out if your problem is something I can help you with. If it's not, no harm done, I will refer you to the correct medical specialist to help you.
