We're pleased to be having our little Pop-Up at the event! From 2-7 at the Raddison Hotel in Southfield, MI.

The Small-plate Menu includes 🥞Ezekiel 4:9 Hotcakes,
🍴Handmade Turkey Maple Sausage and
🥚Fresh Eggs.
Served with organic maple syrup and Grass-fed Irish butter.

We grind the grains fresh to keep the nutrients, allow for better vitamin absorption and minimize sensitivity. All of the Ancient grains we use are organic and grown right here in Michigan.

Not sure if you knew this, but roasting seeds and eating them hot is an amazing and healthy snack! I like to use seasonings on mine like smoked salt, smoked paprika and black pepper. Don't throw away those seeds! I'll tell you more about the vast nutrients available in seeds in class.

We had no idea that you all would support our vision this way. Thank you. For three years now we have done everything we could to create the Haven and all of the things we provide here. All without loans or grants.

Our Wellness Classes are back for 10 weeks beginning January 9th. Fridays at 8:00 pm EST.

We'll use Instagram, YouTube, Zoom, Google Meet, Facebook and anything else we can utilize to do this.

You will learn how to prepare food correctly to retain nutrients, elevate common dishes to maximize benefits and even a learn few, proven home remedies.

This is a shared information class comprised of what I've learned from 13 years of study and research.

Each week we will focus on a different body system. Cardiovascular, Nervous, etc. Since all our systems work together, be sure to attend each class.

As always, Members of the Haven may attend class in person, which is a bonus for the hands on demonstrations.

And yes, there will be homework...how else will you retain all of this wisdom!? 😆

In all seriousness, we must do better at taking care of the bodies we are blessed to have.

Introducing our new Chief of Security:

Officer "Misty Sable"! She will be checking everyone who comes to visit. Hopefully, she'll scare the ground hogs and those Berry-eating bunnies away from the gardens.

If you like, she will also serve as our Lymphatic Massage Technician, so prepare to have your Wellness Journey Elevated! ( We just need to find a lab coat that fits).

If you're allergic to cats, no worries, just let us know and we'll tuck her away when you visit and make sure every surface is fur-checked over before you arrive.
