We'll use Instagram, YouTube, Zoom, Google Meet, Facebook and anything else we can utilize to do this.
You will learn how to prepare food correctly to retain nutrients, elevate common dishes to maximize benefits and even a learn few, proven home remedies.
This is a shared information class comprised of what I've learned from 13 years of study and research.
Each week we will focus on a different body system. Cardiovascular, Nervous, etc. Since all our systems work together, be sure to attend each class.
As always, Members of the Haven may attend class in person, which is a bonus for the hands on demonstrations.
And yes, there will be homework...how else will you retain all of this wisdom!? 😆
