Reports of a gel-like substance and black particles found in some bottles

Most families think they’re eating “pretty healthy”…
But when we really break it down, most plates are missing something.

March is National Nutrition Month — so let’s simplify it.

A balanced plate should include:

✔️ Protein (chicken, fish, eggs, Greek yogurt, beans)
✔️ Fiber (vegetables + fruit)
✔️ Healthy fats (avocado, olive oil, nuts)
✔️ Quality carbs (not just beige foods)

What I see most often in the office?
Too many processed carbs. Not enough protein. Very little fiber.

And that shows up as:
• Energy crashes
• Mood swings in kids
• Blood sugar spikes
• Weight gain that feels “mysterious”

Nutrition doesn’t have to be extreme.
It just needs to be intentional.

If you’re not sure where to start, begin with this question:
