Short answer: A LOT. Running a business while being the solo provider who accepts insurance with a 2 person team means we are all wearing a lot of different hats. Doors open or closed, the team is here working to improve our process, streamline procedures, facilitate all management tasks, file unending back office paperwork, and try to eat lunch at some point.
