This patient previously underwent gynecomastia repair with mastectomy elsewhere, which unfortunately left him with ni***es positioned too close to the incision line, “dog ears” on the sides, excess fat in the bra roll area, and little definition through the chest.

With Pec Implants, Pec Silhouetch℠, and a revision gynecomastectomy, we were able to:
💪 Reposition the ni***es for improved symmetry and contour
💪 Remove lateral dog ears and refine the bra roll area
💪 Define and enlarge the pectoral muscles to create natural, masculine definition

His chest had been a source of concern for years, and after his initial experience elsewhere, he worried he’d never achieve the look he wanted. We’re so proud to have helped him finally feel confident and see the results he always envisioned!
