We will be offering Chiropractic, PT/OT and will will have an orthopedic Dr. in the office 2 times a week.

5600 Kennedy Blvd. Dr. Bello received his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, GA and has been practicing since 1999. He is well-versed in a variety of chiropractic techniques. Dr. Bello also specializes in spinal decompression therapy. He is a member of the Associatio

n of New Jersey Chiropractors (ANJC) and the American Chiropractic Association (ACA). Dr. Bello is also a member of the North Bergen Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Bello grew up in North Bergen and is still very active in the community. He has sponsored the little league teams of North Bergen, donates to the city's Police League and Fire Department and treats many students that attend North Bergen High School. His patients range from the very young to the elderly. In the years since opening his practice, Dr. Bello has effectively treated many of your friends and neighbors that enjoy the relaxed and comfortable environment of his office.

There is a lot of information in this article about non-surgical treatment for a herniated disc. What they do leave out is chiropractic and spinal decompression. Spinal decompression is one of the most effective ways of taking pressure off of a disc. The spinal decompression device slowly stretches out the neck or low back which opens up space between vertebrae: ultimately taking pressure off of the disc using a vacuum effect to pull the disc off of nerve roots and back between the vertebrae. Along with the mechanical spinal decompression, a series of stretches is performed by the doctor to alleviate tight muscles. This aids in the reduction of herniations, bulges and facet syndromes.
