Join us on Sunday, October 18, 2020, 12pm-1:30pm, As we ground through meditation, revive with sound and open our hearts with sacred cacao.

Meditation does not have to be difficult, it is simply focusing on the breath and body to reconnect and to learn to observe and accept the mind.

Sound is vibration and so is everything else in the universe. We, humans, hold our own vibration, our own song. We are born with harmony, but the stresses of everyday life create imbalance. Singing bowls are designed to resonate with the natural frequency of our energy body to revive and harmonize.

Cacao ceremonies are ancient rituals that are the ultimate heart-opener. Cacao is full of vitamins and minerals and increases blood flow to the brain which helps to strengthen awareness and focus. Cacao helps the body in the process of detoxifying, healing, and boosting your immune system.

Join us and experience the beauty of raw chocolate while assisting your body in energetic healing and receiving clarity in the areas of love, purpose, intuitive abilities, career, and personal growth.

Make yourself comfortable with a mat, blanket, a journal, your favorite crystals and allow your heart to open with these healing modalities.
