She discusses how the one-hour time change can affect your kids’ sleep schedules and circadian rhythms, and provides practical advice like gradually shifting bedtimes 15 minutes earlier, maintaining a strict bedtime routine, and exposing children to morning sunlight to help them adjust within a few days. (This advice is applicable for adults as well) ✅

Healthy Kids will be closed for in-office appointments on Monday 2/23/26 but WE WILL BE OPEN & AVAILABLE for telemedicine visits from 7:30 am to 6:30pm. WE WILL ALSO be monitoring portal messages, emails, and phone calls throughout the day to ensure your family gets the care they need. 🏥🩺

*And please do not park in the dentist’s parking lot that’s connected to ours as it is only for their employees and patients.

Kudos and congrats to Dr. Torres! 🙌💃 Not only did she look amazing on stage and perform like a rock star, she helped raise an incredible amount of money for college-bound seniors at Ridgewood High School! 🎉💛 Cynthia, Felicia, Dr. Jill, and Yamaris from the Healthy Kids Team attended to show their support and cheer her on! 👏👍-HKP
