💖 From My Heart… 💖

Eight years ago, I heard the words no one ever wants to hear — “You have breast cancer.” It was one of the hardest battles of my life, but through faith, community, and the love of those around me, I came out the other side a survivor.

Just last week, I accompanied one of my dearest girlfriends to have a mastectomy. The same woman who stood by me during my fight is now walking that path herself. It was a powerful reminder that despite everything happening in the world — no matter our backgrounds, beliefs, or politics — cancer touches us all. 💗

That’s why I’m inviting YOU to join me for a very special and free community celebration — The Spirit of a Woman: Boobie Palooza Yogi Fest — on Sunday, October 19th from 10 AM to 4 PM at 500 Mola Blvd & Market Street, Elmwood Park, NJ.

It will be a day of fun, movement, and sisterhood — with music, a live DJ, food, vendors, and empowering fitness activities like Zumba, Yoga, Tai Chi, Line Dancing, and even a special performance by belly dancers! 💃🏽✨

Let’s come together to honor survivors, support fighters, and remember those we’ve lost — while celebrating the strength and spirit of all women. Bring your family, your friends, and your energy. Let’s dance, laugh, and lift each other up.
