The master smiled gently. "Tell me, when you sharpen your knife, is that a waste of time?"
"Of course not," replied the student. "A dull knife cannot cut properly."
"Just so," said the master. "I am sharpening myself. A dull mind and a weary body cannot serve their purpose. This stillness is not wasted time—it is the very thing that allows me to act with clarity when action is needed."

Winter stiffness can creep into your body, especially in your lower back and glutes. A cork massage ball is a simple yet powerful tool for releasing tight muscles and improving circulation. Here’s how to target key areas for relief:

🔹 Glutes – Sit on the floor with your knees bent, placing the ball under one glute. Lean into it, shifting your weight side to side to release deep tension. This can help with lower back discomfort and hip tightness.

🔹 Lower Back – Stand against a wall with the ball between your lower back and the surface. Gently roll side to side or up and down to release tight spots. Avoid direct pressure on the spine—focus on the muscles around it.
