It has been a while, so I want to take a moment to be transparent about who I am and who Baby To Go is for.

🏳️‍🌈 I support LGBTQIA+ families.
🩺 I affirm women’s rights to bodily autonomy.
✊ I stand for democracy, civil liberties, and human dignity.
🕊️ I align myself with those resisting systems that dehumanize and control.

Being a doula is not just about labor positions and feeding plans. It’s about whose bodies are respected, whose choices are protected, and who feels safe in vulnerable moments.

If that alignment feels supportive and grounding to you, I am happy you are here. If it doesn’t, this probably isn’t your space and I’m very okay with that.

Support looks like meals, sleep protection, answers to your “is this normal?” texts, and reminding you that you’re doing better than you think.

January does not need a reinvention. It needs rest, support, and expectations that aren’t wildly unrealistic.

If you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, or deep in the “what the actual hell is happening” phase of parenthood, you’re not behind. You’re just tired.

This year, Baby To Go is here for less pressure and more support. Period.
