Dr. Heuer earned her medical degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. She also holds a Bachelor of Science with Distinction from Cornell University and a postbaccalaureate degree from Columbia University. Prior to attending medical school, Dr. Heuer pursued graduate studies in Clinical Nutrition at New York University.
