At your first visit, we will review your comprehensive health history, assess your current condition, prioritize your health concerns and develop a plan of action. At Second Nature Care, we listen to you. We recognize that change is made in many steps over time. We practice team healthcare. We will work together to achieve mutually agreed upon goals. Your questions and comments are always welcome. In vibrant health, Isadora Guggenheim, ND, NP, RN, MS, CNS, LMT NY - Isadora Guggenheim is a licensed NP, RN, LMT and CNS in NY state. Isadora is the head nurse practitioner who can diagnose and treat patients at Second Nature Care. Dr. Enzenbacher offers bio-identical hormones for men and women, medical ma*****na and 2nd opinion medical consults. Together they offer I.V. Ozone, 10 pass MAH/Multi-pass, Prolozone, Stem Cell Therapies and Nutrient therapies. CT - Dr. Guggenheim is a board-certified and licensed Naturopathic physician who specializes in reversing chronic disease patterns. She is able to diagnose and treat patients. She is a licensed RN/NP in CT. Dr. Guggenheim is available to meet in person, over the phone and via Skype for all patients. Dr. Guggenheim can order comprehensive labs, perform physical exam and treat all medical conditions with prescription medicines and alternative nutraceuticals.
