Don’t let this be you. I know the saying goes,“ I’ll rest when I’m dead”, but why? Why not “Enjoy” doing something relaxing. I like the commercial out with Ewan McGregor right now for a travel site saying when we look back at our lives we won’t say I wish I would have bought a thinner tv, no we will look back and say I wish I had_________.

You fill in the blank. Traveled, hiked more, tried kayaking, read that book on the night stand, enjoyed a sunset, got more massages… What ever your relaxing thing is, do it. Set time aside every week or month for yourself, YOU ARE WORTH IT!
