I've decided to EXPAND my spring hours just a little bit...

Sunday: 9 AM- 3 PM
Monday: 9 AM- 8 PM
Tuesday: CLOSED
Wednesday: 9 AM- 3 PM
Thursday: CLOSED
Friday: 9 AM- 8 PM
Saturday: CLOSED

Because I've decided to open one more day, I will probably not be able to accomodate a lot of time outside of these hours.

I'm working so hard at completing my esthetician program to bring into my suite. While I still have A LOT more hours to go... being able to dedicate ALL of Tuesday & Thursday will help me accomplish this quicker. I'll be available to book more clients in clinic at school this way... as well as clocking my hours in class.

My goal is to be done by July with my esthetician program and be eligible to for my licensure. Upon licensure, I will be offering additional services... including facials and waxing.

I have updated (almost) all the information for this FaceBook page. The only thing missing at this time is my online booking link! I'm working on getting everything updated on my booking site so that I can share the link here.

Until I'm able to share it... I will let you know that I have some openings left in Feb! While my practice is moving beyond massage into a ritual (pre- and post- relaxation) in March, the remainder of Feb will be what you experience at most professional massage locations.

🪻90-minute session | $95
(full-body relaxation with light to moderate pressure)

I do offer sugar scrub add-ons:

(adds an additional 10-minutes to your session)

🪻Welcome to Meadow Flow Wellness 🪻

Meadow Flow Wellness is the natural evolution of my work. A space shaped by how I practice and the deep care clients receive.

While my hands work with muscle and tissue, my true focus is the nervous system. The quieting. The softening. The body feeling safe enough to let go.

Over the last year, I described what I do as “relaxation massage.” But recently, I realized it reaches beyond relaxation. This work is about regulation. Supporting the body as it settles, restores, and reconnects to its natural rhythm.

I have gently moved away from the traditional model of rushing in, receiving a massage, and rushing back into the world. Here, every session is offered as a ritual for regulation. Each service carries its own thoughtful rhythm and flow, designed to create safety, presence, and deeper benefit. Entering this space unrushed and leaving the space unrushed.

A meadow is not hurried. It moves gently. It allows space. It moves with what is natural. That is the spirit of this work.

Meadow Flow Wellness is for those who long to slow down, those who carry stress quietly in their bodies, those who desire relaxation, and those who desire more than relaxation, they desire restoration.

This is care that honors your nervous system. This is space to settle. This is space to feel safe. This is space to rest. This is space to connect. This is space to ground. This is space of deep care and understanding. This is Meadow Flow Wellness.
