The Caring Group is looking to hire a Full time CCC-SLP employee who has a minimum of one year of pediatric experience and is ready to join our growing team.
Applicants should be creative and share a passion to expand our programs.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
ASHA CCC or CF (a strong CF will be considered); Illinois License (ability to obtain by start date); valid Driver's License; Pediatric experience required; Feeding experience preferred but not required
Evaluate and utilize appropriate standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of a variety of communication disorders
Develop new and modify existing individualized care plans
Coordinate care plans and patient progress with school personnel, if applicable
Ability to work well in both 1:1 and collaborative scenarios
Perform daily documentation, update care plans as needed, and summaries upon request
Regularly provide patient progress, updates and communication to families
Comfortable with occasional student externship and observers from local universities
Maintain ASHA CCC through professional development
