I’m so excited to share that my coaching practice — Radically You Coaching — is officially live! 💻✨

This space was created for ADHD adults who are ready to rise from burnout, rebuild routines that actually work for their brain, and regulate their energy to feel grounded, confident, and in control again. 💫

As a therapist and coach, I’m passionate about helping neurodivergent adults find balance and clarity — not by changing who they are, but by creating systems that fit who they are.

✨ I’m still offering individual mental health therapy through Internal Strength Counseling, LLC, while expanding my work into coaching for adults ready to take forward-focused action.

October is ADHD Awareness Month

This month holds special meaning for me. Over the years, I’ve met so many incredible professionals who are brilliant, creative, and driven yet quietly battling the overwhelm, procrastination, and self-doubt that can come with ADHD.

Seeing that need over and over is what inspired me to take a step forward. I’m officially launching Radically You Coaching, LLC , designed specifically for professionals who want to thrive, not just survive, with ADHD.

This is not the end of my therapy practice Internal Strength Counseling, LLC, It’s an expansion. A way for me to support high-achievers outside of therapy through personalized strategies, accountability, and mindset shifts that help them harness their strengths instead of fighting against them.
