Support groups forming for children, preteens, and teens focused on grief.
In the coming weeks, I will be offering brief support groups for children, preteens, and teens who may benefit from a safe space to process emotions, connect with peers, and receive support.
These groups will be age-appropriate and will incorporate art, music, and other creative outlets to help young people express feelings, ask questions, and learn healthy ways to cope with grief.
At this time, I do not have availability for individual counseling. Families seeking individual therapy may find additional providers through PsychologyToday.com or through Heartlinks Grief Center, which offers grief support resources for children and families.
More information about group timing, format, and participation will be shared soon.
Please feel free to share this with families who may benefit.
