Tonica is a devoted massage therapist, bodyworker, and Breathwork facilitator who walks with others on their path of healing and remembrance. Through her own life experiences, she discovered the power of bodywork as a doorway back to self—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Her sessions weave intuition, awareness, and sacred intention through an integrative, trauma-informed approach that blends Swedish, myofascial release, energy work, and Breathwork. Tonica holds space with deep compassion, inviting each person to lay down their burdens and come home to themselves—reconnecting with their body, heart, and soul. Her work honors the whole human experience, offering restoration, remembrance, and reconnection.
