We want to inform you about our upcoming lunch meeting and office closure on November 21st. We are moving the meeting to the third Friday due to our Thanksgiving Closure. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause to your plans.

Our office will be closed from 11:45 am to 12:50 pm, and our phones will be unavailable from 11:45 am to 1:00 pm. During this time, you can leave a voicemail or text message, and our staff will get back to you as soon as possible when the office reopens.

Our team will be attending a lunch meeting to discuss ways to improve our patient care and services. We are confident that this meeting will be beneficial to our practice and will allow us to continue providing you with the best possible care.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us before or after the closure.

We wanted to remind our wonderful patients that our office will be closed from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm on November 11th for our monthly staff meeting.

Please note that we will be open from 1:00 pm-5:00 pm for emergencies only as Dr. Steven Lee, the Ophthalmologist we go through for cataract surgeries, will be doing pre-op appointments.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

We are holding our annual Food Drive for H.O.P.E. Ministries from October 27th to December 5th. As a small optometry practice, we recognize the importance of giving back to our community and supporting those in need.

HOPE Ministries Food Pantry is a local organization that provides food and other essential items to families in our area. We are accepting donations of food items, personal care items, and monetary donations. If you are bringing in food items, please ensure that they are not expired. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

The items will be taken as needed to H.O.P.E. Ministries to help ensure that families have food for the holiday season.

If you have any questions about the Food Drive, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Dr. Sigmund recently went on a humanitarian trip to Kansas City. Check out the photos of some of his time there!

This is what he has to say about his trip:
"My trip to Kansas City was with OneSight Essilor Luxottica Foundation, a non-for-profit foundation of Essilor Luxottica that seeks to provide free eyecare to underserved people across the world. In the case of this trip, we saw 682 patients total and our exam indicated 95.43% needed glasses. All of those 95.43%(approx 650) children got free glasses! We also performed a dilated ocular health exam and referred any children who demonstrated ocular health need for further care with an eyecare provider. I also got the opportunity to teach 3 optometry students from UMSL and over a dozen medical students from a local Kansas City medical school while there!"
