We tried a new morning exercise program led by a wonderful instructor, Dan. The residents have been itching to do chair yoga, but did not want to have to follow a video. Dan kindly donated his time to do a session with the gang and even followed it up with gentle shoulder massages after. Everyone loved it and was thrilled to hear he would be a weekly regular now!!
