Most people don’t struggle because they “don’t want it badly enough.”

They struggle because of the story they have in their head. (especially when things get hard or go differently than planned or expected).

One missed workout becomes:�“See? I can’t stick to anything.”

And that narrative?�It doesn’t just live in your head.
It drives everything…

how you feel, what choices you make, and who you think of yourself as.

When it’s darker, colder, and your motivation dips - that’s where this challenge steps in to support you!

From Nov 10- Feb 28, we’re getting the f*ck outside and moving every day. No rules. No all-or-nothing. Just purposeful movement, mindset shifts, and momentum.

This isn’t just a challenge- it’s built with psychology and deep empowering change and your success in mind. Don’t over think this… join the many others who took a chance and ended up seeing what cool s**t is possible.

Ethyl’s advice so you can party like you have a new hip (without feeling guilty or like 💩 later):

👵🏼 Don’t hoard your calories. Not eating all day because you’re going to be around fun food and drink later isn’t the strategy you think it is. It leads to feeling out of control. Eating throughout your day (prioritizing protein and fiber) will help you be able to be more intentional.
👵🏼 Start with water. Drink water between alcoholic drinks if you’re partaking. Bring fun NA and lower calorie drinks to have as options too. Also, Jello shots sound fun but probably won’t end well 😬.
👵🏼 Make a plate and make a sure that if you’re eating, you’re sitting. Slow down and enjoy that food. Stop when you start to feel full.
👵🏼Think about how you want to feel after your event. Think about what memories you want to have and what’s really important. Let that guide your behaviors.
👵🏼Do what’s best for YOU. Don’t let others sway you if that leads you to not supporting yourself in what you know is aligned.
👵🏼 If s**t happens or doesn’t go as planned. Avoid pressing the F it button- think about what you can do and how you can deviate better.
👵🏼 It’s one day. That doesn’t mean go balls to the wall and start over tomorrow. Work this special day into your life and have it be part of your journey.

Have fun. Dance. Take pictures. Make memories. Reflect later. Move on as someone who had fun and has more skills and experience.

Your body isn’t working against you - it’s been trying to give you insider information this whole time.

OR

You can be a willow who takes up space, bends while standing its ground when less than ideal weather comes or pressure is applied, and grows through it all

COGNITIVE FLEXIBILITY is one of the most incredible tools and skills to use.

The coolest s**t happens when it’s used- because the coolest s**t happens in the gray area (not the black or the white). Pivoting without giving in or giving up is where real strength, confidence, and self trust are developed.

Throwing around weights WILL change your outlook on life.

Throwing around weights WILL make you feel SOOOOOOO much better.

Throwing around weights is fugging magic.

Those hard times will happen, it’s pretty much a guarantee. Moving through those hard times while building resilience, confidence, and trust that you not only can do hard things but grow and get better through it is the coolest s**t.
