With the new year officially here, many insurance plans have reset their benefits. That means things like deductibles and out-of-pocket costs may start over for 2026.

If you’re a current client, we encourage you to take a moment to log into your Headway portal and review your benefits. Some policies require you to meet a deductible before insurance begins covering sessions, and checking ahead of time can help avoid any surprise charges.
